Benefits Manager, HR Operations

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage employee benefit programs in compliance with applicable benefits regulations and laws.
2. Provide support and advice to employees regarding benefits eligibility, enrollment, coverage and plan changes.
3. Assist with the implementation and administration of health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other employee benefit programs.
4. Monitor and track benefit utilization, claims, and expenses.
5. Negotiate contracts with benefit vendors and brokers to ensure the most cost effective benefit programs.
6. Develop and manage employee communication materials regarding benefits.
7. Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures related to benefits.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws through regular audits and reviews.
9. Research and analyze benefit trends, programs, and strategies.
10. Coordinate with the HR team to ensure the proper execution of benefit programs and policies.
