
Account Services Representative

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute successful advertising campaigns.
- Prepare and present campaign proposals and reports to clients, highlighting performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor campaign delivery and make necessary adjustments to ensure campaign goals are met.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, providing them with all necessary information and resources.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for NBCUniversal Media.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and provide updates on client accounts.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges with client accounts.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve and streamline processes for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new strategies for client retention and growth.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions and account details.
- Represent NBCUniversal Media in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Client Services, Preferably In The Media Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Media Advertising And Marketing Strategies, As Well As Experience With Crm Systems And Data Analysis Tools.
