Job Description

We are looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to join the NatWest Group team who is passionate about technology and delivering a superior customer experience. As our Unified Communications Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of our unified communications systems. The ideal candidate for this role will have a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, as well as experience in the installation and maintenance of communication systems for large organizations. Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, install, configure, and maintain unified communications systems for the NatWest Group.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the communication systems.
  3. Monitor the performance of the communication systems and take proactive measures to improve their efficiency.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for the optimization of the communication systems.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  6. Train and mentor team members on the use of the communication systems.
  7. Ensure the security of the communication systems and protect them from cyber threats.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the communication industry.
  9. Work closely with other teams to provide excellent customer service.
  10. Document all changes and updates to the communication systems.
