As our Unified Communications Engineer, your main responsibility will be to manage and maintain our global unified communications system, ensuring its reliability and performance.We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success in a related role and a strong technical background in unified communications systems. You should have a comprehensive understanding of voice, video, collaboration and conferencing technologies, as well as a working knowledge of network protocols. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.As a Unified Communications Engineer at NatWest Group, you will have the opportunity to work on complex technical projects and help ensure our unified communications system is up-to-date and functioning at peak performance. Responsibilities:

  1. Design, configure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot the global unified communication system.
  2. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take corrective action when necessary.
  3. Develop and implement solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
  4. Research and evaluate new technologies to determine their suitability for the organization’s unified communication system.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices for voice, video, collaboration, and conferencing technologies.
  6. Provide technical assistance and support to staff and customers.
  7. Manage user accounts and access privileges.
  8. Ensure system security and compliance with applicable regulations.
  9. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  10. Train staff on system usage and provide recommendations for improving efficiency.
