Trade & Transaction Reporting Senior Analyst

As a Trade & Transaction Reporting Senior Analyst at NatWest Group, you will take on a critical role within our Finance team, playing a key part in our efforts to ensure that our reporting processes meet the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.We’re looking for a highly-motivated and detail-oriented individual who can bring an analytical and creative approach to the challenges of this role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in a similar position. Working knowledge of banking and finance regulations and reporting standards is essential, as is the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects at once. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and ensure compliance with banking and finance regulations and reporting standards.
2. Analyze and review financial data to ensure accuracy of reports.
3. Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
4. Design and implement automated processes to improve efficiency of reporting.
5. Prepare and submit accurate and timely management reports.
6. Monitor and ensure accuracy of financial data within the system.
7. Liaise with other departments to ensure that reporting processes meet the highest standards.
8. Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks as required.
9. Provide training and guidance to junior staff.
10. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
