Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for NatWest Group's systems and applications.
Conduct thorough testing of new and existing systems and applications to identify any potential issues or bugs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create test plans.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement or resolution.
Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and results.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and results.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in testing methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to testing and application functionality.
Continuously monitor and improve the quality and performance of NatWest Group's systems and applications.
Participate in meetings and provide input on testing strategies and processes.
Collaborate with developers to ensure proper testing coverage is achieved.
Train and mentor junior testing analysts as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality guidelines.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all testing activities.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Software Testing Methodologies And Experience With Testing Tools Such As Selenium Or Hp Quality Center.
Experience In Creating And Executing Test Plans, Test Scripts, And Test Cases.
Knowledge Of Financial Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Report On Defects And Issues Effectively.
