Job Description

NatWest Group is looking for a Technology Principal Engineer to join our team and help us drive innovation and excellence in our engineering solutions. This role requires a highly experienced engineer who can help us develop technical solutions that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in software and systems engineering, a deep understanding of system architecture, and an ability to design and implement complex and robust engineering solutions. The successful candidate will also have a passion for technology and be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.We are seeking someone who can work collaboratively with our engineering team and other stakeholders, is an excellent communicator, and is motivated to learn and grow. Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex, robust engineering solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Develop technical solutions based on system architecture and software engineering principles.
Work collaboratively with engineering team members and other stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends.
Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Mentor and train less experienced engineers.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
