  1. Manage and maintain the technical systems of NatWest Group to ensure smooth operation and optimization.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial services.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the financial services industry.
  5. Conduct thorough analyses of technical systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Monitor and ensure the security and integrity of technical systems and data.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Technical Support Or Analyst Role Within The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
