Oversee compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements for NatWest Group's products and services.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure that NatWest Group remains up-to-date and compliant with all regulatory changes and updates.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all products and services are designed and implemented in accordance with relevant regulatory standards.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential gaps in compliance and develop action plans to address them.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations, and communicate any potential impact to relevant stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization on regulatory matters.
Work closely with the technology team to ensure that all systems and processes are in line with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with regulators and external partners to stay informed about any changes to regulations and ensure timely compliance.
Lead and manage a team of technical and regulatory experts to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Drive innovation and technological advancements within the organization to improve efficiency and compliance.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements and best practices.
Identify and mitigate any potential risks related to regulatory compliance.
Prepare and submit reports to senior management on the company's regulatory compliance status.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in regulatory compliance procedures.
Foster a culture of compliance and responsibility within the organization.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical And Regulatory Role Within The Financial Services Industry, Preferably Within A Large Bank Or Financial Institution.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Frameworks, Including But Not Limited To Basel Iii, Mifid Ii, And Gdpr.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Accounting, Or Business Administration. Master's Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Technical And Regulatory Projects, Including Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical And Regulatory Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
