- Oversee and manage the entire supply chain delivery process for NatWest Group, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage their performance.
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent any stock shortages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and operations, to develop and implement supply chain strategies.
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain delivery staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for supply chain delivery processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes to enhance the supply chain delivery function.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate any potential disruptions in the supply chain.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain delivery process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in supply chain operations.
- Regularly review and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.
- Uphold NatWest Group's values and culture and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Supply Chain Management Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices, Including Inventory Management, Sourcing, And Supplier Relationship Management.
Experience In Project Management And Implementing Supply Chain Initiatives To Drive Cost Savings And Efficiency.
