  1. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing supply chain operations and improving overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
  3. Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the supply chain.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success of supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure the best quality and value for the organization.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and proactively implement relevant changes to improve processes and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and recommendations on supply chain performance and initiatives.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to supply chain operations.
  10. Continuously drive for continuous improvement in supply chain processes, systems, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices, Including Inventory Management, Vendor Management, And Logistics.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Supply Chain Systems And Technologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
