
Strategy Manager, Financial Institutions
At NatWest Group, we are looking for an experienced and strategic-thinking Strategy Manager, Financial Institutions to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for business strategy and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our business.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to support the growth of our Financial Institutions division. They will work closely with the Financial Institutions business unit and other relevant stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of our strategic objectives.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar strategic role, preferably within the financial services sector. You should possess excellent analytical skills and be able to make decisions quickly and accurately. You should also be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Ideally, you will also be a creative problem solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. An understanding of the financial services sector and an understanding of the regulatory landscape would also be highly advantageous.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic-minded individual to make a substantial contribution to the financial success of our business.
