  1. Conduct research and analysis on sustainable business practices and corporate responsibility initiatives within the financial services industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company's sustainability goals.
  3. Support the development of key performance indicators and tracking mechanisms to measure the success of sustainability and corporate responsibility efforts.
  4. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Attend meetings and participate in discussions with senior leaders to gain insight into the company's strategy and vision.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability and responsibility programs for employees and the community.
  8. Provide support in identifying and assessing potential partnerships and collaborations for sustainability initiatives.
  9. Help to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to sustainability and corporate responsibility efforts.
  10. Act as an ambassador for the company's commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility, both internally and externally.
