- Develop and implement innovative and secure technological strategies and solutions for NatWest Group.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and architect complex systems and applications that meet the needs of the business and customers.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to industry best practices and security standards.
- Lead and mentor team members on technical solutions and best practices.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate their products and services into our solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of solutions and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Extensive Experience In Software And Solution Architecture: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The It Industry, With A Significant Portion Of It Focused On Software And Solution Architecture. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Different Architectural Patterns, Frameworks, And Best Practices.
Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, With A Solid Understanding Of Various Programming Languages, Databases, And Cloud Technologies. They Should Also Be Proficient In Application Integration, Data Modeling, And System Design.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Vp, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Solution Architects And Collaborating With Other Stakeholders. Hence, They Should Have Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Guide And Influence Their Team And Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
