Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable applications using Java, Springboot, and AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for banking services.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into the development process.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, and propose effective solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Ensure timely delivery of software projects by following agile methodologies and meeting project milestones.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance and security of applications.

Job Qualifications

Proficiency In Java Programming Language: The Candidate Should Have Strong Knowledge And Hands-On Experience In Java Programming Language, Including Its Core Concepts, Data Structures, And Design Patterns.
Experience With Springboot Framework: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Springboot Framework And Its Components, Such As Spring Mvc, Spring Data, And Spring Security.
Familiarity With Aws Services: As Natwest Group Is Moving Towards A Cloud-Based Infrastructure, The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Various Aws Services, Such As Ec2, S3, And Rds.
Ability To Design And Develop Scalable Applications: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Designing And Developing Scalable And Efficient Applications Using Java, Springboot, And Aws.
