NatWest Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Site Reliability Engineer to join our team.We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who will be responsible for improving the availability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You should also have knowledge and experience in software development and system administration.You will be working with a small, dynamic team of engineers and collaborating closely with our development and operations teams. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify areas of improvement in system performance and develop plans to improve availability, scalability, and efficiency.
  2. Work with development and operations teams to implement necessary changes.
  3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  4. Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to facilitate system maintenance and operations.
  5. Develop and oversee documentation of system processes and procedures.
  6. Create and maintain system monitoring and alerting tools.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
  8. Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve system performance.
  9. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and availability.
  10. Monitor system security and ensure compliance with security standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field

  • Proven Experience Working In A Sre Role
