  3. Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities in the ServiceNow platform to improve user experience and streamline processes.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  5. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow developments and make recommendations for incorporating new features and functionalities into our platform.
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation for the ServiceNow platform, including specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  7. Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability, security, and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
  9. Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
  10. Continuously monitor and improve the ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of NatWest Group and its clients.
  11. Adhere to industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow development and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the ServiceNow platform.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall development strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Servicenow Platform.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Javascript, Html, And Css.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Servicenow Modules, Including Incident, Problem, Change, And Knowledge Management.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills.
