  1. Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform for NatWest Group, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  3. Develop and implement new features and functionalities on the ServiceNow platform to enhance the user experience.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug any issues or bugs that arise on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring timely resolution.
  5. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure its reliability and scalability.
  6. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow updates and technologies and proactively propose and implement improvements to the platform.
  7. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives through the ServiceNow platform to increase efficiency and productivity.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into future updates and enhancements of the ServiceNow platform.
  9. Ensure all ServiceNow development adheres to industry best practices and standards.
  10. Collaborate with the wider technology team to integrate the ServiceNow platform with other systems and applications.
  11. Mentor and coach junior team members on ServiceNow development best practices.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  13. Document all development processes, procedures, and configurations related to the ServiceNow platform.
  14. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency of code across the ServiceNow platform.
  15. Adhere to NatWest Group's security and data protection policies while developing on the ServiceNow platform.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow Platform, Including Development And Customization.

  • Strong Proficiency In Javascript, Html, Css, And Other Web Development Languages.

  • Familiarity With Agile Methodologies And Devops Practices.

  • Servicenow Certification(S) In Application Development, Implementation, Or Administration Is Preferred.
