  1. Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities within the organization and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  2. Implement and maintain effective security measures, both physical and digital, to protect the organization and its assets.
  3. Monitor and analyze security incidents and take appropriate actions to prevent future occurrences.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in security to continuously improve and enhance the organization's security posture.
  5. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify any weaknesses or gaps in the current security infrastructure.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulations.
  7. Develop and implement security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness.
  8. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting forensic analysis and providing recommendations for remediation.
  9. Develop and maintain emergency response and disaster recovery plans in the event of a security breach.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert for security-related matters and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internal and external, to provide updates on security-related matters and address any concerns.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of new security technologies and solutions to improve the organization's overall security posture.
  13. Maintain documentation of security processes, procedures, and incidents for audit and compliance purposes.
  14. Continuously assess and improve security processes and procedures to ensure the organization remains up-to-date with changing security threats and trends.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Information Security, Preferably In The Financial Industry

  • Certification In At Least One Of The Following: Cissp, Cism, Or Giac

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices, Security Frameworks, And Regulatory Requirements (E.g. Iso 27001, Nist, Gdpr)

  • Strong Technical Skills In Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Management, Intrusion Detection, And Incident Response.
