Job Description

NatWest Group is looking for an experienced and innovative Securitised Products Vice President to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in securitised products and be able to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability. This is a highly visible role that requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate should have a passion for developing and maintaining strong relationships and a proven record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in securitised products, preferably with a large financial institution. Candidates should also have strong knowledge of structured products, structured finance, asset-backed securities, and derivatives. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines, are essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in the securitised products space.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Deliver results within tight deadlines.
  4. Analyze structured products, structured finance, asset-backed securities, and derivatives.
  5. Provide creative solutions to complex problems.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  7. Monitor market trends and industry developments to ensure strategies remain aligned.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Provide leadership and mentor junior team members.
  10. Remain current on best practices and industry knowledge.
