The Scrum Master will be responsible for coaching, guiding, and promoting the Agile methodology within the organization. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in Agile frameworks, Scrum, and software development, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additionally, you should be adept in providing guidance and direction to the team and ensuring that all Agile principles and best practices are followed.We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who can build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Coach, guide, and promote the Agile methodology throughout the organization
- Provide guidance and direction to the team to ensure all Agile principles and best practices are followed
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Monitor progress of sprints and projects and ensure they are completed on time and with high-quality
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage and track team capacity and resources
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear understanding of expectations
- Ensure team is adhering to Agile principles and following best practices
- Address any impediments, conflicts, or issues that arise
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders
- Assist in developing and implementing Agile metrics and reports
- Identify process improvements and recommend changes to optimize workflow
