Risk & Controls Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Risk & Controls Analyst to join the NatWest Group team and help us manage and mitigate risk across our operations. The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in finance or accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is passionate about identifying and addressing potential risks, and who has the ability to think critically and problem-solve. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working with a variety of stakeholders. 2. Analyze financial and accounting data to identify potential risks.

6. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure risk management processes are adhered to.
7. Educate and advise teams on risk management best practices.
8. Stay up to date with industry developments in risk management.
9. Participate in audits to verify adherence to risk management protocols.
10. Develop and implement solutions to improve risk management processes.
