Risk and Controls Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated Risk and Controls Associate to join NatWest Group. You will be part of our Risk and Controls team, responsible for helping to protect the bank from potential risks. The ideal candidate will have a background in risk management, regulatory compliance, and/or financial services, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping our customers safe. 1. Analyze risk and control processes and identify potential risks to NatWest Group.
2. Develop effective policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
3. Monitor risk and control activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and reporting systems.
5. Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on risk and control measures.
6. Develop and implement risk management training programs.
7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure a cohesive risk management approach.
8. Conduct periodic reviews of risk and control processes to ensure they remain effective.
9. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the bank’s compliance.
10. Assist with investigations and audits of risk and control processes.
