  1. Lead and manage the research operations for the Customer Insight team at NatWest Group.
  2. Develop and implement research strategies to gather valuable insights on customer behavior and preferences.
  3. Oversee and coordinate all research projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality results.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and develop appropriate methodologies to address business objectives.
  5. Analyze and interpret research data to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of the market and industry trends to inform research strategies.
  7. Ensure compliance with research ethics and industry regulations.
  8. Manage relationships with external research vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
  9. Develop and maintain a budget for research operations.
  10. Mentor and train junior research staff to support their professional development.
  11. Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  12. Stay up-to-date with advancements in research methodologies and technologies.
  13. Act as a strategic advisor to the Customer Insight team and contribute to the overall business strategy of NatWest Group.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Research Or Insights Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Market Research, Business, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Research Methodologies And Techniques, Including Quantitative And Qualitative Research.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders Simultaneously.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Actionable Insights And Recommendations To Drive Business Growth And Improve Customer Experience.
