- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of research projects within the Customer Insight team.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of research insights to drive strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research needs and objectives.
- Design and implement research methodologies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze research data to identify key trends and insights.
- Prepare and present research findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in research and customer insights.
- Train and mentor team members on research processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data protection regulations.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during research projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in research processes and procedures.
- Act as a subject matter expert on research operations and methodologies.
- Represent the Customer Insight team in cross-functional meetings and presentations.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Market Research, Data Analytics, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Research Operations Or Customer Insights Role, Preferably Within The Banking Or Financial Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills With Experience In Data Analysis And Interpretation, Including Proficiency In Statistical Software And Tools.
Excellent Project Management Skills With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Research Strategies To Drive Customer Insights And Inform Business Decisions.
