  1. Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of customer insights research projects.
  2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer insight team, including project timelines, budget, and resources.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
  4. Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on research findings to drive business decisions.
  5. Utilize a variety of research methodologies to gather customer insights, such as surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
  6. Maintain and update research databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Monitor industry trends and customer behavior to inform research projects and drive innovation.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their research needs and provide timely and accurate deliverables.
  9. Manage relationships with external research vendors and ensure quality and timely delivery of research projects.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  11. Develop and maintain project documentation, including research plans, timelines, and reports.
  12. Monitor and report on project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of research operations.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Market Research.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Research Or Analytical Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Multiple Research Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Stakeholders.
