Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Relationship Management Unit Leader to join the NatWest Group. As our Relationship Management Unit Leader, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with our clients, maximizing our customer service capabilities, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a proven track record in customer relationship management, and have a deep understanding of the banking industry. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with NatWest Group’s clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Implement strategies to maximize customer service capabilities, increase customer engagement, and drive growth. • Monitor customer feedback and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Analyze customer data and develop insights to better understand customer needs. • Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer experience and increase customer retention. • Create customer-oriented programs and incentives to reward loyalty and develop customer relationships. • Lead a team of Relationship Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service. • Work with other departments to ensure seamless customer service across the organization. • Monitor performance of team members and provide guidance and feedback. • Prepare reports and presentations to be shared with senior management.
