  1. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in all aspects of NatWest Group's operations.
  2. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of policies, procedures, and processes to identify potential compliance risks.
  3. Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees to promote a culture of compliance.
  4. Monitor and report on all regulatory changes and updates that may impact NatWest Group's operations.
  5. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or breaches that may arise.
  6. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure that compliance requirements are incorporated into business processes.
  7. Conduct audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of existing compliance controls and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge with the team to continuously enhance compliance processes.
  9. Communicate with regulatory agencies and respond to any inquiries or requests for information.
  10. Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required.
  11. Participate in internal and external compliance audits and examinations.
  12. Work closely with management to develop and implement new compliance policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities.
  14. Stay informed about the latest regulatory developments and industry trends to proactively identify potential compliance risks.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that compliance requirements are incorporated into new products or services.
  16. Conduct regular training and awareness sessions to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  17. Assist in developing and maintaining a compliance risk management framework.
  18. Provide guidance and support to other team members on compliance-related matters.
  19. Adhere to all NatWest Group's policies and procedures.
  20. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls and make recommendations for improvements.
