  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and how they impact the banking industry.
  2. Monitor and analyze regulatory changes to identify potential impact on the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of regulatory changes and develop strategies for compliance.
  4. Plan and implement change management initiatives to ensure timely and effective compliance with new regulations.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating regulatory risk.
  6. Communicate changes in regulations and their implications to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to stay informed of potential changes and updates.
  8. Oversee and manage projects related to regulatory change management, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on regulatory change initiatives and their progress.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance regulatory compliance and efficiency.
  11. Train and educate employees on new and existing regulatory requirements.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to regulatory change management.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams within the organization on regulatory compliance matters.
  14. Proactively identify potential compliance issues and work with relevant teams to address them.
  15. Continuously review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Frameworks: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Frameworks And Guidelines Relevant To The Financial Services Industry, Including But Not Limited To Basel Iii, Mifid Ii, And Gdpr.

  • Experience In Change Management: This Role Requires Experience In Managing Regulatory Change Initiatives, Including Stakeholder Management, Impact Assessments, And Implementation Plans. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Lead And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Successful Implementation Of Regulatory Changes.
