You must also have the ability to analyse and interpret data in order to produce meaningful insights and deliver value to the business.You must be a self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be passionate about delivering high quality results. Responsibilities:

Manage, maintain, and develop various reference data solutions for NatWest Group.
Analyze and interpret data to produce meaningful insights and deliver value to the business.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data issues.
Develop and implement data management processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to reference data management.
Maintain and update reference data in accordance with business requirements.
Monitor reference data performance and take action to optimize performance.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in reference data management.
