- Develop and implement automation strategies to ensure the highest level of quality in software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas for automation testing.
- Design and develop automated test scripts using industry standard tools and techniques.
- Execute and maintain automated test suites to validate software functionality, performance and scalability.
- Continuously monitor and analyze test results to identify any defects or issues and provide timely feedback to the development team.
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues found during testing.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to the software development process to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated with the latest automation tools and techniques and implement them as needed to improve the testing process.
- Communicate and report test results and progress to project stakeholders and management.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of software quality.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all testing activities are aligned with the overall testing strategy.
- Mentor and train junior team members on automation tools and techniques.
- Identify and escalate any risks or issues that may impact the delivery of high-quality software.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of test documentation and other related materials.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's products and services to effectively test and validate their functionality.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance And Automation Testing.
Strong Knowledge Of Automation Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Appium, Or Similar.
Experience With Agile Methodologies And Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Ci/Cd) Processes.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Issues In A Timely Manner.
