Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Automation Specialist to join the NatWest Group and help us provide a world-class customer experience. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in automating quality assurance processes, and be committed to delivering the highest standards in customer service.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant experience in software testing and automation. They must be able to quickly understand complex systems and technologies, and be able to design and implement test automation strategies. They must also be able to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.We are looking for a creative thinker who is passionate about quality assurance and automation, and who can bring innovative ideas to the table. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement automated test strategies to ensure quality assurance processes are efficient and effective.
  2. Quickly understand complex systems and technologies and provide technical guidance when necessary.
  3. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
  4. Create and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks.
  5. Monitor and report on the performance of automated tests.
  6. Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to improve the quality assurance process.
  7. Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to support quality assurance automation.
  8. Stay abreast of industry best practices in software testing and automation.
  9. Document test results, defects, and resolutions.
  10. Participate in product and feature design reviews to ensure quality.
