  1. Design and develop automated testing strategies and frameworks to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
  2. Execute automated tests and analyze the results to identify and report any defects or issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop test cases.
  4. Identify areas for automation and continuously improve testing processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
  5. Monitor and maintain automated test suites and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
  6. Stay updated with industry best practices and contribute to the development of testing standards and guidelines.
  7. Perform regular code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and maintainability of automated test scripts.
  8. Communicate test results and progress to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  9. Troubleshoot issues and work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects.
  10. Ensure adherence to project deadlines and deliver high-quality results within the given time frame.
  11. Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues that may impact the quality of the product.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for automation testing and provide guidance and support to the team members.
  13. Continuously learn and improve skills and knowledge, and share best practices with the team.
  14. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to define and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance And Automation Testing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Lifecycle And Agile Methodologies.

  • Experience With Automation Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Cucumber, Or Appium.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With A Keen Attention To Detail.
