Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Automation Specialist to join the NatWest Group. The Quality Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing automated tests to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in test automation, along with experience leading and managing automation projects from start to finish. We are looking for someone who has excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop automated tests to ensure that products and services meet the highest quality standards.
  2. Lead and manage automation projects from start to finish.
  3. Monitor test results, analyze data, and report on project progress.
  4. Work closely with the development team to ensure that all automated tests are accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Propose and implement improvements to existing automated testing processes.
  6. Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve automation processes.
  7. Develop and document best practices and standards for automation testing.
  8. Provide technical guidance to other team members.
  9. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to automation testing.
  10. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of automated tests.
