Job Description

The NatWest Group is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Quality Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping us develop and maintain efficient automated testing processes that will ensure the highest level of quality for our products. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of automation frameworks, software development, and continuous integration/delivery processes. You should be a creative problem-solver, skilled at working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for quality assurance. Responsibilities:

Develop efficient automation frameworks, processes, and procedures to ensure high product quality.
Design and implement automated tests to detect and fix bugs in the software.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality assurance is considered at every stage of the development process.
Monitor the performance of automated tests and provide feedback on results.
Maintain and update the automated testing environment, including software and hardware components.
Create detailed documentation of automated tests and procedures.
Identify potential areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts and processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay up to date with the latest software development and testing best practices.
