Monitor and maintain the production environment to ensure all banking systems are operating smoothly.
Investigate and troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and impact on customers.
Collaborate with various teams, such as developers and business analysts, to identify the root cause of production issues and implement solutions.
Write and maintain technical documentation for production systems and processes.
Perform regular system checks and audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvements to prevent future problems.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, to provide updates on production issues and resolutions.
Adhere to strict security and compliance standards to protect customer data and maintain the integrity of production systems.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies in order to provide the best support for production systems.

Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Skills: A Production Support Analyst At Natwest Group Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Technologies And Programming Languages Used In Production Environments, Such As Java, Sql, And Linux. They Should Also Have Experience With Troubleshooting Issues And Performing Root Cause Analysis.
Communication Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Various Teams, Including Developers, Business Analysts, And End-Users. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills Are Crucial To Effectively Communicate Technical Issues And Provide Timely Updates To Stakeholders.
