Job Description

NatWest Group is looking for a talented, highly motivated, and experienced Principal Engineer, Director to join our team. In this role, you will be a key leader in our engineering team, working to build and maintain product solutions across a wide range of products.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of technical engineering experience, as well as a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. You should have a proven track record of developing and delivering successful projects in a timely manner, and the ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to problem solve and think strategically.If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for engineering and a drive to achieve success, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Lead engineering team in developing and delivering successful projects in a timely manner.
Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and ensure that projects meet customer requirements.
Research and develop new product solutions across a wide range of products.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to engineering solutions.
Advise on best practices for engineering and product development.
Train and mentor junior engineers.
Monitor performance and suggest improvements for engineering processes.
Ensure engineering processes and solutions are in compliance with regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
Provide technical support and guidance to other departments.
