Greet and welcome clients to NatWest Group in a friendly and professional manner
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell banking products and services to clients
Provide personalized and tailored solutions to clients based on their financial goals and needs
Educate clients on the features and benefits of various banking products and services
Assist clients with account opening, closing, and maintenance processes
Process client transactions accurately and efficiently
Proactively reach out to clients to offer support and assistance with their banking needs
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to effectively serve clients
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless and efficient customer service
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
Maintain a thorough understanding of NatWest Group's products, services, and policies
Provide excellent customer service at all times and handle any client complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, Preferably In A Customer-Facing Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Loans, Mortgages, And Investment Options.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, With The Ability To Navigate And Use Banking Systems Effectively.
