  1. Conduct regular assessments and audits of the organization's digital perimeter to identify potential vulnerabilities and security gaps.
  2. Develop and maintain perimeter security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  3. Implement and manage security tools and technologies to monitor and protect the organization's network and infrastructure.
  4. Perform security incident response and investigations, including root cause analysis and remediation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize security risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, and make recommendations for security improvements and enhancements.
  7. Conduct security awareness training for employees to educate them on best practices for maintaining a secure digital perimeter.
  8. Work closely with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the security of their systems and connections to the organization's network.
  9. Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential weaknesses in the organization's perimeter.
  10. Prepare and present reports on security incidents, trends, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
  11. Monitor and analyze security logs and events to identify and respond to potential threats.
  12. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that security measures are integrated into the organization's network and infrastructure.
  13. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the organization's digital perimeter.
  14. Remain available for on-call support and respond to security incidents and emergencies as needed.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve perimeter security processes and procedures to enhance the organization's overall security posture.
