  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business performance.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented initiatives.
  5. Communicate insights and findings to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  6. Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to gather, organize, and interpret data.
  7. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to provide regular updates on key business metrics.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of business performance strategies.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business performance management processes.
  10. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and provide data governance support as needed.
  11. Support the development and implementation of data-driven decision-making processes.
  12. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
  13. Train and educate team members on the use of data analysis tools and techniques.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Performance And Business Management, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis Software And Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
