Are you an experienced Product Owner looking to join an innovative and fast-paced payments team? NatWest Group is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Payments Product Team in a key role as Payments Product Owner.As Payments Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the Payments product offering in order to develop and deliver new products and services for our customers. You will be a key contributor to the Payments product strategy, driving improvement and innovation, and ensuring the delivery of an excellent customer experience.The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in product development, have excellent communication and organizational skills, be customer-focused and have an enthusiasm for product delivery and innovation. You must also have a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and the regulatory environment in which we operate. A degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering or business is also desirable.If you are passionate about payments and innovation and are looking to make an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a product strategy that meets customer needs and business objectives.
Create and maintain product roadmaps, plans, and backlogs.
Develop and manage customer relationships to gather and incorporate feedback into product designs.
Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Monitor product performance metrics and take corrective action as needed.
Identify and evaluate new opportunities for product development and innovation.
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform product decisions.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Develop and manage product budgets.
