Job Description

The NatWest Group is looking for an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join its dynamic and innovative team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating operational risk across the Group. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with NatWest Group policies and procedures, and to provide assurance to the Board.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in a risk management role within the financial services industry. An excellent understanding of operational risk management principles and processes is essential to success in this role. You must be an excellent communicator, be highly organised, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across the NatWest Group.
Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes.
Monitor compliance with NatWest Group policies and procedures.
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure risks are managed effectively.
Provide assurance to the Board regarding the management of operational risk.
Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and standards.
Monitor and review risk management performance.
Analyze data and provide reports to management.
Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in operational risk management.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient risk management.
