  1. Develop and maintain the operational resilience framework for NatWest Group, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential risks to business operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of the operational resilience framework and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to operational resilience, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Train and educate employees on operational resilience principles and practices to ensure a culture of resilience across the organization.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on operational resilience, providing guidance and support to business units and senior leadership.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and industry peers, to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  8. Oversee the development and maintenance of business continuity plans and crisis management procedures.
  9. Lead and support incident response and crisis management activities, including post-incident reviews and lessons learned.
  10. Stay informed on emerging risks and threats to business operations and proactively recommend strategies to mitigate them.
  11. Collaborate with IT and cyber security teams to ensure the resilience of critical technology systems and infrastructure.
  12. Manage and mentor a team of operational resilience professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the operational resilience program to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
  14. Represent NatWest Group in industry forums and conferences, sharing insights and best practices on operational resilience.
  15. Uphold NatWest Group's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Operational Resilience Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Operational Resilience Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Be Well-Versed In Industry Best Practices, Regulations, And Guidelines Related To Operational Resilience.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Operational Resilience Support Manager Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Potential Risks And Vulnerabilities In The Organization's Operations. They Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data And Information To Make Informed Decisions And Recommendations.

  • Project Management Experience: The Role Of An Operational Resilience Support Manager Involves Managing Multiple Projects And Initiatives Related To Operational Resilience. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects, Including Planning, Organizing, And Monitoring Progress To Ensure Timely Delivery.

  • Stakeholder Management: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. They Should Be Able To Build Strong Relationships And Influence Stakeholders To Ensure Buy-In And Support For Operational Resilience Initiatives.

The Candidate Should Have Experience In These Areas And Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Best Practices.
