- Develop Technical Solutions: As the Lead Solution Architect, Director, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of technical solutions that support the business strategy and objectives of NatWest Group. This will involve identifying business requirements, evaluating potential solutions, and designing and implementing the most effective solution to meet the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and IT teams, to understand the business needs, define technical requirements, and ensure that the solutions align with the overall business strategy of NatWest Group.
- Provide Technical Expertise: With your extensive knowledge and expertise in technology, you will provide guidance and recommendations to the organization on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. You will also be responsible for evaluating and selecting appropriate technology solutions to support business goals.
- Lead and Mentor a Team: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of architects and developers to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions. This will involve setting goals, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure Technical Standards and Compliance: You will be responsible for establishing and enforcing technical standards and best practices across the organization. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.
- Project Management: You will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This will involve creating project plans, monitoring progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.
- Communicate and Present: As a lead solution architect, you will be responsible for effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and presenting technical solutions and recommendations to senior leadership.

Extensive Experience In Solution Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Solution Architecture, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Architectural Frameworks And Methodologies.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Solution Architects And Driving The Overall Technology Strategy For The Organization. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, And The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Their Team.
Business Acumen: A Lead Solution Architect, Director Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Business Goals And Objectives Of Natwest Group. They Should Be Able To Align Technology Solutions With Business Needs And Drive Innovation To Support The Company's Growth.
Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Well-Versed In A Wide Range Of Technologies, Including Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, And Emerging Technologies. They Should Also Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Scalable And Secure Solutions.
Project Management Skills: As A Lead Solution Architect, Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Projects And Ensuring Their Successful Delivery. They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Resources, And Mitigate Risks. Pmp Certification Or Equivalent Is Preferred.
