  1. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive insight enablement strategy within NatWest Group.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and identify opportunities for data-driven insights.
  3. Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization tools to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
  4. Analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer experiences.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the financial services industry and competitor landscape to inform insights and recommendations.
  6. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the insight enablement function.
  8. Mentor and coach team members to develop their analytical skills and support their professional growth.
  9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve the insight enablement function.
  10. Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and promote the use of insights throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data: As An Insight Enablement Lead, One Must Possess The Ability To Analyze Large Sets Of Data And Extract Meaningful Insights That Can Drive Business Decisions.

  • Experience In Project Management And Stakeholder Management: This Role Involves Working With Various Teams And Stakeholders Within The Organization, Therefore, The Candidate Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Project Management And Effective Communication Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Data Visualization Tools And Techniques: The Insight Enablement Lead Must Be Proficient In Using Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Qlik To Present Insights In A Visually Appealing And Easy-To-Understand Manner.

  • Understanding Of Financial Services Industry: Natwest Group Is A Leading Financial Services Provider, And The Insight Enablement Lead Must Have A Good Understanding Of The Industry, Its Trends, And Challenges To Provide Relevant Insights.
