At NatWest Group, we are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst who has the necessary qualifications and experience to help our organisation meet its goals. We are seeking an individual who can think creatively, is a problem solver, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have a positive attitude, and be able to work with minimal supervision.The Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our IT infrastructure and systems. This includes servers, networks, storage, and other infrastructure components. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, storage technologies, and scripting languages is essential. The Infrastructure Analyst must also have the ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all IT infrastructure components are operational and functioning properly.
Monitor and maintain server, network, storage, and other infrastructure components.
Install, configure, and update hardware and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Monitor system performance and security.
Create and maintain system documentation.
Provide technical support to users.
Develop and implement strategies to improve infrastructure performance.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Work with other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
