Job Description

We are looking for a talented HR Consultant to join the NatWest Group and help us continue our journey of building an inclusive and successful organisation. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in HR consulting, be able to think strategically and possess strong interpersonal skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. You must be highly organised, with the ability to manage complex projects and work independently. Having experience in change management and HR analytics will be an advantage.We are looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our team, someone who can work collaboratively and think innovatively to develop solutions that will help us meet our goals. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain HR strategies based on the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Provide strategic advice to management on all HR-related matters.
  3. Analyze and assess current HR programs and processes and recommend changes to improve effectiveness.
  4. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful implementation of new HR initiatives.
  5. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and analytics to identify areas of improvement.
  6. Lead and manage HR projects and provide support to managers on HR-related topics.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  8. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  9. Create and maintain job descriptions and job postings.
  10. Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  11. Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  12. Monitor and evaluate employee morale and suggest ways to improve it.
