  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy for all products and services offered by NatWest Group.
  2. Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure that NatWest Group remains competitive.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to identify pricing opportunities and make recommendations for pricing adjustments.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure pricing aligns with business objectives.
  5. Develop pricing models and tools to effectively measure and track the performance of pricing strategies.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts to support the pricing strategy and drive revenue growth.
  7. Monitor and report on pricing performance to senior management on a regular basis.
  8. Work closely with the finance department to analyze the financial impact of pricing decisions.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the pricing process.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing to continuously improve the pricing strategy.
  11. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all pricing strategies and practices are in line with regulatory requirements.
  12. Act as a pricing subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the pricing team.
  14. Represent NatWest Group in pricing meetings and negotiations with external partners.
  15. Ensure that all pricing decisions are aligned with NatWest Group's values and commitment to fair and transparent pricing for all customers.
