  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing and distribution strategy for NatWest Group.
  2. Create and oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content across various channels to support the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for content development and distribution.
  5. Lead and manage a team of content creators and distributors to deliver effective and impactful content.
  6. Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and influencers to amplify content reach and engagement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and distribution.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as PR and social media, to integrate content efforts and maximize impact.
  10. Develop and manage the content marketing and distribution budget, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on content marketing and distribution efforts and results.
  12. Represent NatWest Group at events and conferences to showcase our content and thought leadership.
  13. Uphold the company's brand standards and guidelines in all content and distribution efforts.
  14. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the content marketing and distribution team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Content Marketing And Distribution, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Content Marketing Strategies That Drive Engagement And Conversions.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Managing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Digital Marketing Platforms And Tools, Such As Google Analytics, Social Media Management Systems, And Content Management Systems.
