  1. Lead and manage a team of financial planning advisors, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the team's success.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the team's performance and achieve financial goals.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial planning industry and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to create and implement financial planning strategies and solutions for high net worth clients.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to financial planning.
  7. Communicate with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide expert advice and recommendations.
  8. Monitor team's progress and provide regular reports to management on team performance, client feedback, and any issues or concerns.
  9. Foster a positive and professional team culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and excellent customer service.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations to provide the best possible service to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Private Banking And/Or Financial Planning Roles, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing Client Relationships And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Financial Planning Principles, Products, And Regulations, Including Investment, Retirement, And Estate Planning.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Financial Advisors And Support Staff To Deliver Exceptional Client Service And Drive Business Growth.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans To Drive Business Growth And Achieve Financial Targets, While Also Effectively Managing Risk And Compliance.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field, With Advanced Certifications Such As Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Or Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa) Preferred.
